InterAgentMail 1.2.0 adds a stable local integration contract for reviewer platforms and agent-fleet tooling.

Highlights:

  • Schema 1.0 JSON commands for capabilities, register, unregister, status, and project-scoped doctor.
  • Idempotent registration with stable success/error envelopes.
  • Mailbox ownership and fail-closed collision detection before project or mailbox mutation.
  • Optional human-facing display names; platforms remain responsible for their own reviewer-instance identity.
  • Privacy-sanitized iam report support bundles and comprehensive iam doctor checks.
  • Full integration and lifecycle guidance in docs/INTEGRATION.md.

Install or upgrade:

pipx install cgl-interagentmail
pipx upgrade cgl-interagentmail

The attached wheel and source archive passed 35 automated tests, Twine validation, package-content/privacy checks, and a clean-install lifecycle smoke test. SHA-256 hashes are included in SHA256SUMS.txt.
