Thanks for your report, but I'm struggling to understand the issue you are facing.
What do you mean by intelmq-master? Maybe the IntelMQ Manager?
What do you want to achieve, and what error or unexpected behavior do you experience?

Do you maybe have an issue that the web interface from IntelMQ Manager is not accessible?

tanks. its been a bit fustrating. getting this to work... I finaly resolved tthis to the manager-apache.conf
