Sample Volume subgraphs — Entity Types, Properties and Data Sources

1. Approach

We take a bottom-up approach: we start from concrete, actually available data and schema elements (e.g. Wikidata properties, SMW property definitions, CVB API fields, CEUR-SPT endpoints) to derive a consolidated schema (eventually SHACL). This ensures our schema is aligned with what is actually available, not aspirational.

Related discussions/issues:

Primary example: Vol-3170 (PNSE 2022), secondary: Vol-3890 (SWAT4HCLS 2024).
