Hardened grindstone disenchant flow to prevent rare item-loss cases with extreme custom-enchant payloads. Operations now attempt normally, validate enchant count + serialized item size before consume, and soft-block with a clear message when unsafe. XP costing now includes custom enchants via a rough highest vanilla-equivalent level model.
