• Add visualizations of min, max, and mean durations of player lifespans
• Allow GUI to read a list of input files as arguments and show them on startup. This allows .dem file associations ("Open with...") to work.

Bugs

• Fix an issue where grenades that explode after a player death would be counted towards the wrong kill streak
