Fixes PostgreSQL recovery: successful reads now clear the previous database error, including cached statements and empty results.
Tested with Plex 1.43.4.10903-e5521bd8c, PostgreSQL 15 and 18, both PlexInc and LinuxServer containers, on native AMD64 and ARM64 runners. All eight configurations passed 100 restarts and 5 hours 50 minutes of playback load, followed by live PostgreSQL recovery. Four native ZIP installation and migration tests also passed.
Downloads: the Linux ZIP contains AMD64 and ARM64 builds. SHA256SUMS verifies the download.
Docker images: ghcr.io/cgnl/plex-postgresql-linuxserver:v1.3.23 and ghcr.io/cgnl/plex-postgresql-plexinc:v1.3.23. Both contain the tested AMD64 and ARM64 images.
The macOS ZIP contains an ARM64 build from the same release tag, with its own checksum. Its architecture and exported functions were checked separately; the full playback test matrix was run on Linux.
