SiteCharter Connector v0.1.1

Security hardening release.

• Creates a dedicated, constrained integration account instead of an administrator application password.
• Limits the account to posts, pages, media, cache flushing, and connector backup.
• Changes database export to POST and adds no-store response headers.
• Revokes the previous integration application password whenever a replacement is created.

The v0.1.0 package has been withdrawn.
