moving the uploaded preview to previews/source folder should be optional in zou.service as an env

We are using kitsu on-premise.

We are having a huge problem, which is that our storage is getting flooded because original source files are moved alongside normalized previews.

 Suggestion is to make copying the original source file an optional thing be allowing an env in zou config.
