ACTi catalogue completion — added 129 currently-orderable ACTi cameras that were missing from the dataset. Discovered by diffing ACTi's official product-roadmap (only AvailableToOrder=Available models) against our set, then extracted from ACTi's server-side spec-API (newPopupSpecifications.ashx + _value.ashx). Net: 2,101 -> 2,230 cameras (71 brands unchanged). ACTi coverage 119 -> 248.

Added — ACTi (129)

• The entire L-series (L31/L33/L41/L43/L71/L73/L81/L83 + -P1 variants) — a current line we had zero of.
• More J-series (J71/J72/J73/J81), plus E-series, Z-series, A-series, B-series fixed/zoom bullets, domes, turrets, boxes/cubes and PTZ.
• Specialty: 2 thermal bispectral bullets (A377, K372), fisheye/hemispheric (A912, B57, E96, E925M), covert (Q12/Q113/Q115), door station Q950, video intercom Q970, body-worn PCAM-1600.

Notes

• max_fps recorded at the highest resolution (ACTi lists highest-res first) — not max() across the resolution table. Bispectral (thermal+visual) fields resolved to the visual sensor with the thermal sensor noted in features.
• 9 models whose ACTi spec sheet omits the Network Protocol row (RTSP not documented) get ONVIF-only with no Frigate config, matching the existing dataset methodology (documented in the private repo's docs/acti-spec-api.md).
• Skipped B943-C-V01-145 (custom bundle SKU, no published specs); Z79-P1 inherits its Z79 base specs.
