Fixes "No conversation found with session ID" when resuming a saved thread from a different directory than where it was originally created.

What's new

  • 🐛 cloudctx launch now spawns claude --resume in the session's original project directory — works from anywhere
  • ✨ New /cloudctx-save <name> slash command inside Claude Code (Tab to autocomplete, then type name)
  • 🔄 Existing saved threads auto-backfill their project path on first launch picker open
  • 📦 No re-init needed for upgraders — slash command lazy-installs on next hook fire

Upgrade

npm install -g cloudctx@latest

That's it. Existing saved threads will fix themselves on the next cloudctx launch.
