Add a Plug in menu for creating Audio Logs.

Since Audio Logs are just resources, having a specialized menu is almost not necessary. Everything you can do in the menu you could already do by creating a resource in the file system and editing the resource in the inspector.

However, since the experience is auditory the ability to preview the audio log is essential. So now you can create and tweak the audio via this menu and listen to the Audio Log as you make changes to the effects/audio clips.
