EXAM ENTRY SYSTEM

The Examination Entry System is a digital platform designed to streamline university exam registration. It allows students to apply for exams easily, while enabling management and staff to verify eligibility based on attendance and discipline. The system also supports to print the exam addmissions and attendance sheet generation ensuring efficient exam management

Overview of the System

Administrator Operations:
    Create Degree Programs.
    Define Subjects for Degree Programs.
    Assign Subject In-Charge (Staff).
    Create Batches for Degree Programs.
    Add Students to Batches.

Attendance and Exam Entry:
    Students’ attendance is monitored.
    Students apply for exams based on attendance eligibility.

Staff In-Charge Approval:
    Subject In-Charge reviews attendance.
    Approve or reject students for exams.

Summary Reporting:
    Generate a summary of approved students per subject.
    Send the summary to HoD and Dean.

Document Generation:
    Generate admission cards for approved students.
    Generate attendance sheets for each subject.
