RoutEngine 1.1.1: update notices and install counting

Install counting and update notices. Windows 1.1.1 follows on routengine.net.

• The macOS and Linux apps and the command-line version now tell you when a newer version exists. They never install anything by themselves.
• The update check says your operating system and CPU as well as the version, so installs can be counted without keeping IP addresses. See Privacy.
• routengine run now sends the anonymous usage statistics when you turned them on with routengine stats on, like the window apps (before, it never did).

Install: README. SHA256SUMS lists every file's checksum.

RoutEngine 1.1.0: macOS, Linux and command line

macOS, Linux and a command-line version. Same features as Windows.

• macOS: RoutEngine-1.1.0.dmg (Apple Silicon and Intel). Not notarized: the first time, right-click the app and choose Open.
• Linux app: routengine-desktop .deb / .rpm.
• Command line (Linux and macOS): routengine .deb, .rpm or .tar.gz, for x86-64 and ARM64. No desktop libraries; runs as a systemd service.
• Windows: the installer is on routengine.net.
• Free edition: all 3 apps can have a speed limit and a data cap.
