New feature: 2-level Year folder structures

TimeFold now supports organizing files into a Year → Sub-period two-level hierarchy. Under the new Year group in Date Naming Template:

Year / Month — 2026 \ March (short: 2026 \ Mar)
Year / Year & Month — 2026 \ 2026 March (flippable, short month supported)
Year / ISO Month — 2026 \ 2026-03 (flippable)
Year / Year & Quarter — 2026 \ 2026 Q1 (flippable)
Year / Year & Half — 2026 \ 2026 H1 (flippable)
