Patch Changes

  • 10e9150: Add a two-step Fleet Dashboard model-substitution picker and make session-wide source-to-target mappings apply dynamically to future persona and delegate spawns. Bare /af-agent-models-substitute now opens the same picker while the two-argument form remains available.
