Signing status

The macOS archives are not yet Developer ID signed or notarized. The Homebrew
formula removes quarantine metadata and applies a local ad-hoc signature during
installation. The Windows archives are not yet code signed. Verify downloads
with checksums.txt and the GitHub artifact attestation.
