Summary

This PR introduces the first OptiNLP workflow for generating OptiTrust targets and transformation scripts from natural-language requests, with provider infrastructure and VS Code integration.

Changes

• Added OptiNLP prompts, knowledge files, and evaluation cases under tools/optiNLP/.
• Added provider-neutral infrastructure with structured parsing, session memory, context reuse, and mock/Gemini/OpenAI providers.
• Added CLI support for target, script, and full-script generation.
• Integrated @optinlp into VS Code, with generation commands, target-at-cursor, result insertion/opening actions, and provider configuration.
• Improved VS Code workflows: source discovery/context, shortcuts, development runner, README, and package configuration.
• Improved diff/trace viewing with native diffs, lazy syntax views, and updated trace styling.
• Refined OptiLambda Surface syntax, printer behavior/tests/docs, and include preservation.
