v0.3.0 had it and a later line inlined its defaults into SpectrumOrbView (rate 0.12, tip 0.32,
1.0 + 2.8 * level) — the same numbers, no way to ask for others. Thames is written against the styled
API, so its orb could not compile against 0.4.0 or later, and rebuilding it to today's harder-coded look
would change how it draws without a design decision.

Restored as it was: the defaults reproduce today's orb exactly, so nothing that does not pass a style
changes.
