Payment required for OpenRouter request despite having >$80 in credit

Description

I've double checked to make sure it is using the right API key and that my account is topped up. I don’t have any max tokens set in my config. I have no problem using the exact same account in tools like OpenCode and ChatWise. The other tools also never give me max token warnings.

This has actually been happening for a while but I was working around it.

Hey! I'm not able to reproduce this. Could you try resetting your config and re-adding your API key when prompted?

Here's an easy way to do it:

mv ~/.config/crush ~/.config/not-crush
mv ~/.local/share/crush ~/.local/share/not-crush

If that works, then it's a config issue. If not, we can diagnose.

Ah OK. Looks like an old key was cached in ~/.local/share/crush. It would be nice to have a command to refresh the keys/environment so that cached configs can updated without having go know you need to nuke ~/.local/share/crush
