Added option addResizeListener for responsive iframe.
Reason, when draw 10 or more charts on one page, iframe is serious performance killer (on 100 charts each 1000 points more than 5 times slower, without iframe was 5 sec. with 25 sec.). No functionality changed, but there is option for advanced users, to disable iframe {addResizeListener:false} default is true.
