Adds the PacketLens desktop GUI.

  • Packet table with decoded protocol summary
  • Packet detail pane with link, network, transport, application, and payload preview sections
  • Summary tabs for protocols, talkers, flows, ports, DNS, HTTP, TLS, and observations
  • JSON and Markdown export from the GUI
  • New packetlens-gui command
