Added

• Pick the plan. The trial step lists every plan the catalogue sells —
  Business and the Agency tiers — with what each costs a month, the AI credits
  that come with it and how many bots the workspace may hold, and builds the
  checkout for the one you pick. Until now it took the cheapest monthly plan
  without saying which, or what it cost. A run with --yes still takes
  Business; --pricing <id> takes any plan on the list, and an id the
  catalogue does not know stops the run with the list attached.

Changed

• The checkout heading names the plan and its price, and the closing
  summary of a run that left the workspace unsubscribed says which plan the
  printed checkout was for.
• The catalogue read asks for nothing deprecated. It reads the Business and
  Agency lists the website's paywall reads, with each price's credits, and no
  longer selects featureSet or a price's isActive — both marked deprecated
  in the API, and of the same kind that disappeared once already and took the
  whole catalogue with it.

Fixed

• The README said checkout opens in your browser. It has printed a link and
  waited since 0.4.1; the README now says so.
