Bump _version.py 0.3.7 → 0.3.8 to republish with the documentation
fixes that landed since 0.3.7. Zero source / runtime changes — `src/`
is byte-identical.
What new users see on PyPI changes:
- README's `agent_id="sales-agent"` style placeholders → UUID-shaped
`01234567-89ab-cdef-0123-456789abcdef` so it's obvious the field
is a UUID, not a human-readable name.
- README's `wrap(..., ...)` snippets → fixed Python SyntaxError
from Ellipsis after keyword args.
- SECURITY.md attestation URL → `{version}/{file}` template form;
was `<version>/<file>` which is invalid URL syntax.
- CHANGELOG's Sigstore identity → rewritten as an OIDC subject
string instead of a 404ing https:// URL.
Mirror picks this up automatically on push; tag `python-v0.3.8` in
checkrd-io/checkrd-sdk triggers the publish workflow there.
