Codex QQ Skin Windows 2.6.4 preflight

Windows preflight build 2.6.4

This is a community preflight build for the Windows switching and performance issues reported against the published Codex QQ Skin 3.3.0 package.

Included fixes

• Windows in-app theme-library switching is restored.
• The switcher is launched outside Codex's process tree so a restart can finish.
• data-reduced-motion="true" is honored in addition to the OS media query.
• Skin-owned DOM mutations no longer retrigger the renderer observer.
• Public source version is bumped to 2.6.4 with Windows regression coverage.

Verification

tests/windows/run-tests.ps1 passed: Windows static and cross-platform tests passed.

Important

The public repository source is still 2.6.3 while the published installer is 3.3.0. The 2.6.4 package is built from the public source plus the tested preflight fixes. The one-line 3.3.0 top-bar z-index patch is included in the diagnostics archive because that newer renderer code is not present in the public source tree.
