First public release.

Right-click a folder in Finder and choose New File to create an empty, extension-less file. Rename it to whatever you need.

Requires macOS 13.0 or later. Signed with a Developer ID certificate and notarized by Apple.

After installing, enable the extension:
System Settings → General → Login Items & Extensions → Finder Extensions → turn on Blank

The menu item does not appear until the extension is enabled.
