⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

  • MolfileStreamOptions.eol is removed — MolfileStream always splits on \n and trims a preceding \r automatically. Lone \r (Mac OS 9, pre-2001) is no longer recognised as a line ending in either MolfileStream or parse(). The mixedEOL option on MolfileStream now accepts boolean | undefined (undefined = auto-detect, was previously not present).
