问题 / Issue

在 DSH 0.1.0-rc.7（当前 npm 最新版）上，创建公司会话后 Web 界面报 Failed to load plugins：software-company-r2 ... loaded without registering，总监面板/画布无法加载。

On DSH 0.1.0-rc.7 (current latest on npm), creating a company session shows Failed to load plugins: software-company-r2 ... loaded without registering, and the director panel/canvas fails to load.

根因 / Root Cause

company-r2/client.js 的客户端注册 id 仍是旧的相对路径形式 './packages/company-r2'，而宿主 boot graph（rc.5 与 rc.7 一致）期望与挂载名一致的裸包名 software-company-r2。id 不匹配导致宿主判定"bundle 未注册"。

The client registration id in company-r2/client.js was still the legacy relative-path form './packages/company-r2', while the host boot graph (identical in rc.5 and rc.7) expects the bare package name software-company-r2 matching the mount name. The mismatch made the host treat the bundle as "loaded without registering".

该问题由一次真实的新用户下载安装实测发现（GitHub 克隆 → INSTALL.md 三步安装 → 隔离实例启动 → 创建会话）。

Found by a real fresh-install test: clone from GitHub → 3-step INSTALL.md setup → isolated instance start → session creation.

修复 / Fix

注册 id 改为裸包名 software-company-r2（与 company-panel 的既有模式一致）。rc.5 / rc.6 / rc.7 均兼容。

Registration id changed to the bare package name software-company-r2 (same pattern as company-panel). Compatible with rc.5 / rc.6 / rc.7.

干净环境（DSH_HOME 隔离 + DSH 0.1.0-rc.7 + 端口 14080）实测：

Verified in a clean environment (isolated DSH_HOME + DSH 0.1.0-rc.7 + port 14080):

• 31/31 单元测试通过 / 31/31 unit tests pass
• preset 被宿主发现，模式选择器显示「Software Company 公司模式」/ preset discovered; "Software Company" shown in the preset selector
• 🏢 Company 胶囊出现，面板与画布正常渲染 / 🏢 Company capsule appears; panel and canvas render correctly
• 创建公司会话成功，/company-api/sessions、/company-api/canvas、/company-api/agent-transcript（v1.2.0 新接口）全部返回 JSON / company session created; /company-api/sessions, /company-api/canvas, and /company-api/agent-transcript (new in v1.2.0) all return JSON
• 修复后重测：Failed to load plugins 横幅消失，画布组织视图正常 / after the fix: the Failed to load plugins banner is gone and the org view renders

  Streaming redraw for the dock / live zone — thinking text grows segment by segment instead of freezing at the first frame
• 画布文件交接连线常驻：绿=已完成、橙=下一步、灰虚=未开始，任务完结后不再消失；拖拽部门节点时连线实时跟随
  Canvas file handoff links are now persistent: green = done, orange = next, gray dashed = not started; they no longer vanish when a task finishes, and they follow node drags in real time
• 画布默认显示，「显示详细信息」按钮切换到任务/Tokens/子代理列表（再点返回画布）；列表不再被画布挤压
  Canvas shows by default; the "Show details" button toggles to the task / Tokens / sub-agent list (click again to return); the list is no longer squeezed by the canvas

新特性

• 画布主题跟随系统（presets/software-company/packages/company-r2/web/canvas.html）
  • 画布页全面引入 CSS 变量 + prefers-color-scheme：深色/浅色自动跟随系统外观，系统切换即时生效、无需刷新

重要修复：DSH 0.1.0-rc.6 干净环境路由注册失效

在全新 npm 安装的 @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.1.0-rc.6 上实测发现两个静默失败（胶囊照常出现，但功能面全断）：

1. inject 未声明 webServer：rc.6 起 ctx.get('webServer') 必须先在 inject 声明，否则返回 undefined，/company 与 /company-api 路由注册整段被跳过。company-panel 与 company-r2 均已补声明。
2. 符号链接穿透：按文档把 company-panel 符号链接进 profiles/web/node_modules 后，rc.6 加载器不穿透符号链接，../company-r2/web/ 解析到不存在的位置导致 canvas.html missing。现先 realpathSync 回 preset 真实目录再解析。

修复后干净环境验证：/company 画布页与 /company/static/* 正常服务，深浅两主题渲染正确（见下方截图）。

v0.1.1 — 干净环境安装体验修复（文档）

基于一次「干净 DeepSeek Harness 环境」全流程实测（隔离 HOME、全新 npm 安装、逐步按 INSTALL.md 执行）反馈的 4 个安装体验问题，全部以文档修复落地：

修复内容

• company-panel 挂载提为主流程必做步骤：此前埋在「迁移」章节，新用户极易漏做——漏做后 preset 本体正常加载，但右上角不出现 🏢 Company 胶囊且无任何报错提示。现改为「preset 安装」第 3 步，含完整 cordis.patch.yml 片段与符号链接命令。
• 新增端口冲突说明：dsh web 默认监听 127.0.0.1:3080，与已运行实例冲突时报 EADDRINUSE 直接退出；文档补充 --port 换端口用法（如 dsh web --port 14080）。
• 新增 npx 备选路径：npx @deepseek-ai/dsh web 对网络环境敏感、个别情况下静默失败；补充更稳的全局安装方式 npm install -g @deepseek-ai/dsh + dsh web。
• 新增 npm allow-scripts 警告说明：新版 npm 拦截 node-pty 等原生包安装脚本的警告不影响启动，异常时用 npm approve-scripts 放行。

其他

• 常见报错从 4 条扩到 7 条（allow-scripts / EADDRINUSE / Company 胶囊缺失排查）。
