Chen Yang is a world models researcher and Principal Engineer at HUAWEI. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) in 2025, supervised by Prof. Wei Shen, and received his B.S. degree from SJTU in 2019. His research focuses on foundation world models for embodied AI, spatial intelligence, pretrained 3D generative models, infinite 3D world generation, and high-quality 3D reconstruction.
