• New Settings → Network page: four modes — Default, Direct, System Proxy, and Manual Proxy. Default keeps the existing application network behavior; Direct connects explicitly and clears the proxy environment variables Desktop hands to child processes; System Proxy resolves through the operating-system policy (current-user WinHTTP on Windows, CFNetwork on macOS, GNOME/KDE 5/6) and executes only the first final route, including an explicit DIRECT; Manual Proxy takes a single HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5 endpoint. Choosing a mode takes effect through Save & Restart.
• All managed traffic goes through one loopback Gateway: in Managed modes the harness and the child processes Desktop owns only see a local Gateway on 127.0.0.1; a failing selected proxy never implicitly falls back to another proxy or to a direct connection, but reports the failure and offers retrying the same route, a one-time Use Default This Time, or opening network settings.
• Credentials stay in encrypted storage and process memory: Manual HTTP/HTTPS username and password are encrypted through Electron safeStorage (Linux basic_text counts as no secure storage available), the UI shows a fixed placeholder for a saved password and never echoes it, proxy credentials never enter environment variables, and child processes a model can influence only ever see the credential-free loopback address.
• Connectivity tests and diagnostics: proxy, Internet, GitHub, and LLM API reachability can be tested; the tests use the updater network path, which raises no failure prompt, do not change the selected route, and never call a model or spend tokens. Advanced shows the current mode, Gateway state, epoch, selected route, last failure, and System policy details, and allows editing the test URLs and reloading the system proxy configuration.
• A Rust Network Runtime ships with the installers: the Gateway, the operating-system proxy provider, PAC execution, and the connectors run in the packaged resources/network-runtime/dsh-electron-network-runtime (.exe on Windows); the release workflow builds that runtime before packaging, Desktop CI runs its tests on Windows, macOS, and Linux, and the Windows installer smoke check now requires that executable to be present.
• Limits in this release: no Manual bypass entries, SOCKS5 authentication, custom HTTPS proxy CA, client certificates, or integrated NTLM/Negotiate authentication; unsupported System backends fail closed, and when no Linux desktop is available use Manual or Direct instead.

0.1.5 系列第二个 Beta，在 0.1.5-beta.1 基础上修复 Windows 端问题；内置 Harness 仍为上游 0.1.5-rc.2。

• Windows 不再弹出终端窗口：桌面进程链上没有进程拥有控制台，而 electron.exe 是 GUI 子系统映像，ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE 不改变 PE 子系统，因此 windowsHide / CREATE_NO_WINDOW 对 Host 无效，agent 执行 pwsh、git 等命令时每个控制台目标都会被新分配一个可见控制台（Windows 11 默认终端为 Windows Terminal）。现在安装包随附 Node.js 运行时（resources/node/node.exe），Host 与 dsh plugin 命令子进程统一由它承载并以 windowsHide: true 启动，job runner、ACL runner、受限 pwsh 与普通目标继承同一个隐藏控制台；Host 内 process.execPath 即 node.exe，任务管理器中的 Host 映像由 electron.exe 变为 node.exe，安装包体积增加约 30–50 MB。可用 DSH_ELECTRON_NODE_BINARY 覆盖运行时路径，该变量必须指向存在的可执行文件，否则启动即报错并列出全部候选路径。其它平台的进程拓扑与 pnpm start 行为不变。
• Windows / Linux 顶部区域让出系统按钮：右侧面板的「文件」标签条与会话页头右侧控件此前位于 Windows 窗口控制按钮叠加层之下。现在侧栏右侧的各列与 macOS 侧栏一样让出原生控制行：中栏以 40px 的 padding-top 把页头与对话下移，右栏绝对定位面板以该行高度为 top，两列都在空出的带内绘制可拖拽区域，侧栏仍占据窗口顶边；全屏右侧面板保留 inset: 0，以自身的 padding-top 让出该行（Windows/Linux 40px、macOS 28px），其标签条与退出全屏、收起按钮不再与系统按钮重叠。只作用于页头的 --dsh-windows-caption-inset 补丁被移除。
• 内置 Git 插件升级到 @dsh-electron/dsh-plugin-git@0.2.1：客户端不再为每次窗口焦点变化发起一轮刷新，重叠的仓库刷新按路径与 generation 合并为一次 Host 往返，每一轮的结果都能落地。此前 Windows 上控制台窗口引发的焦点抖动会触发互相取代的多轮刷新，Git 面板因此长期空白；配合上面的隐藏控制台修复，Windows 端 Git 恢复正常。
• Windows 启动路径纳入 CI：desktop-ci 新增 Windows Host startup 作业，在 windows-latest 上运行被监督 Host 的启动用例，覆盖设备路径与控制台附着；此前该用例只在 Linux 运行。

What's Changed

Second Beta of the 0.1.5 series, fixing the Windows-side problems of 0.1.5-beta.1; the bundled harness is still upstream 0.1.5-rc.2.

• No more console windows on Windows: no process on the desktop chain owns a console, and electron.exe is a GUI-subsystem image, so ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE does not change the PE subsystem and windowsHide / CREATE_NO_WINDOW had no effect on the Host; every console target the agent spawned (pwsh, git, …) therefore got its own visible console, which Windows 11 renders through Windows Terminal. The installer now ships a Node.js runtime (resources/node/node.exe), and the Host and its dsh plugin command children all run on it with windowsHide: true, so the job runner, the ACL runner, the restricted pwsh, and ordinary targets inherit one hidden console; inside the Host process.execPath is node.exe, which changes the Host image in Task Manager, and the installer grows by roughly 30–50 MB. DSH_ELECTRON_NODE_BINARY overrides the runtime and must name an existing executable, otherwise startup fails and lists every candidate path. Process topology and pnpm start are unchanged on other platforms.
• The Windows and Linux top edge yields to the system buttons: the right panel's file tab strip and the conversation header's right-hand controls sat under Windows' native Window Controls Overlay. The columns right of the sidebar now hold the native-control row free, exactly as the macOS sidebar holds the traffic-light row: the center column takes the 40px row as padding-top and moves its header and conversation below it, the absolutely positioned right panel takes the row as its top, both columns paint a drag strip over the freed band, and the sidebar keeps the window's top edge. The fullscreen right panel keeps inset: 0 and holds the row as its own padding-top (40px on Windows and Linux, 28px on macOS), so its pane strip and its exit-fullscreen and collapse controls no longer overlap the system buttons. The header-only --dsh-windows-caption-inset patch is gone.
• Bundled Git plugin upgraded to @dsh-electron/dsh-plugin-git@0.2.1: the client no longer starts a refresh round per window focus event, merging overlapping repository refreshes — keyed by path and generation — into one Host round trip so every round's result lands. The focus churn from the Windows console windows used to trigger superseding rounds that never rendered the repository, leaving the Git panel blank; with the hidden-console fix above, Git works on Windows again.
• Windows startup path covered by CI: desktop-ci gains a Windows Host startup job that runs the supervised Host's startup spec on windows-latest, covering the device path and console attachment; that spec previously ran on Linux only.

What's Changed

• Details Host multi-tab dock polish: the tab strip aligns to and pins against the header divider, tabs are bottom-aligned and lift on hover, and hover/active states share the launcher-card fill with a hover wash backed by an explicit theme token; the App Details Toggle header action adopts the shared interactive hover wash; native action hints are refined.
• Workspace folder integration: the Details Host "connect workspace folder" action is now wired through the Electron directory-picker plugin via registerFolderOpener for a real folder dialog; host state allows an undefined workspace path and keeps the typed session identity for workspace lookup.
• Git Changes rebuilt around a commit-first sketch: the Changes area is re-laid-out so the commit split and Changes list stay consistent, the commit-message field grows with content (one row when empty), and Git controls stay inside their frames.
• Git toolbar decluttering: Graph and Diff refresh move to the scope bar / top-right without the now-unused Reveal control, and Graph/Diff/Changes headers are aligned to the same top inset.
• Commit-message generation settings: the generation settings seam is registered under Plugin configuration, Git generation models can be loaded, and discard copy is unified.
