In the menu / Top-level ribbon icon / Off choice now applies to every action
in the Journal Folder menu — Open Journal Folder sidebar, Open Journal
Tasks sidebar, Switch light/dark mode, and Initialise a new journal
folder. All placements live in a new Ribbon settings section (the Today
  placement moved there from Today).
• Commands for every menu action (Open Journal Folder sidebar, Open
Journal Tasks sidebar, Switch light/dark mode, Initialise a new journal
folder), so each is reachable from the palette / mobile toolbar.
