Beta POC package for installer localization and copy updates.

  • Moves installer Distribution, Welcome, Conclusion, and postinstall files into editable Packaging/Installer templates.
  • Adds localized installer resources for English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
  • Uses bopomofo in the English installer copy.
  • Bundles ChiaKey-Lexicon release 2026.06.10 from GitHub.

This package is unsigned and the app is ad-hoc signed for proof-of-concept testing. macOS may show security warnings.
