Release Update: 400+ Artemis Patches for RPCS3 Emulator

We are excited to announce a significant update to our Artemis patches for the RPCS3 emulator! This release marks a milestone, expanding from 306 to over 400 patches.

Known Issues:

Please note that this release is a work-in-progress (WIP). The following games are known to have issues and require further fixes:

J-STARS Victory VS+ (Working but has emulation issues; check RPCS3 Wiki)
