What's New in 0.7.4

  • Waveform shows real dynamics on loud tracks — heavily-compressed / brickwall masters used to render as a solid flat block (every peak pinned at full scale). The waveform now draws per-bucket RMS energy, so the loudness envelope and song structure are visible instead of a saturated slab. (#632)

Install

  1. Download OnlyCue-0.7.4.dmg.
  2. Open the DMG and drag OnlyCue into your Applications folder.
  3. First launch: macOS blocks the app ("Apple could not verify 'OnlyCue' is free of malware…"). Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to Security, and click Open Anyway next to the OnlyCue notice; confirm and authenticate. (Or run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/OnlyCue.app in Terminal.) Future launches are silent.

Why the extra step? OnlyCue is distributed without a paid Apple Developer ID signature. The app and DMG are unsigned but otherwise unmodified. On macOS 15 (Sequoia) the old right-click → Open no longer clears this dialog. If you prefer, you can build from source (see the README).
