Skills leaderboard, box layouts, theme and layout polish; release 1.0.2

- skills: load hot / trending (24h) / all-time from skills.sh as soon as the
  install dialog opens, with a "load more" button (market::leaderboard now
  returns a paged result)
- skills: list shown as boxes grouped by status (box view is the default);
  "used in" turns rendered as boxes; wider, cleaner install dialog
- theme: warmer neutral dark palette; ?accent= preview parameter
- layout: conversations list column wider than the detail; overview main
  column wider than "Bum suggests", with more spacing around it
- release: fix release.yml (drop the broken \ escapes and the unsupported
  snap bundle, restore the --bundles space); build on main and publish the
  GitHub Release on a v* tag; bump the version to 1.0.2
