Data safety
- Source datasets remain read-only
- SHP headers and PRJ files are rechecked by the main process
- Source files are protected with SHA-256 snapshots
- Outputs are validated before being committed
- Delivery ZIPs are streamed and verified using exact entry names, sizes, and CRC32
- Projected coordinates are never silently written as GeoJSON longitude and latitude

No installation, Node.js, or PowerShell is required.

使用方法
下载 Shapefile-Toolkit-v0.5.0-win-x64.zip，完整解压后双击 Shapefile Toolkit.exe。
无需安装 Node.js，也不需要打开 PowerShell。
由于程序暂未购买商业代码签名，Windows 首次运行时可能显示 SmartScreen 提示。
