  1. Added two UI variants for knowledge-graph bubbles: V1 reveals a bubble when a concept is matched; V2 displays 8 placeholder bubbles from the start.
  2. Updated voice input: tap once to start recording and tap again to send.
  3. Updated the character.
  4. Removed the reflection popup; the system now enters the reflection stage every three turns.
