VodSlicer 1.0.3 Release

This release comes with some improvements to the UI and a bug fix.

Improvements:

• Moved the URL edit box to be above the list of VoDs in the VoD explorer.
• Removed redundant text in the "Refresh VoD List" button.
• Added About VodSlicer button to view Version and Release info.
• Added View Github to open this Github repository in the browser.
• Added the ability to link directly to an MP4 video URL

Fixes:

• Fixed a bug where linking directly to an MP4 URL would cause VodSlicer to hang.

To Do:

• Add support for local MP4 files
