Loop Engineering v0.4.1 — verified alpha release

What changed

• Fixed and modernized all GitHub Actions workflows
• Packaged experiment helpers required by installed-package CI tests
• Added provider-reported token and cost accounting with an OpenRouter adapter
• Added deterministic benchmark evaluator controls
• Removed unsupported SOTA, security, production-readiness, and competitor claims
• Replaced the stale comparison matrix with a workflow-oriented selection guide
• Documented provenance for validated and historical mock result artifacts

Verification

• 97 tests passing locally and in GitHub Actions
• Tests, Static Checks, and Documentation workflows green on main
• Deterministic evaluator validation: all oracle controls pass and all empty negative controls are rejected
• Paid OpenRouter smoke test captured 23 input tokens, 12 output tokens, and provider-reported cost without storing the prompt, response, or credential
• Wheel and source distribution built successfully and pass twine check
• Built wheel metadata verified as version 0.4.1

This remains an alpha release. Historical mock benchmark files are retained for development provenance and are not model-performance or security evidence.
