Ensures HighLevel form/booking embeds stay out of WP Rocket LazyLoad via the saved exclude_lazyload option (the mechanism that actually works), not just the rocket_lazyload_excluded_src filter — which did not reliably exclude iframes, leaving forms/calendars stuck at about:blank and cut off. Also merges form_embed.js/HighLevel hosts into the JS delay/defer exclusion lists. Idempotent, once per version; harmless without WP Rocket. Fleet auto-updates.
