v0.36.0 (unreleased)

Reliable sessions and first-install-safe creation

This release aligns Workspai for VS Code with CLI 0.52.3 and makes ownership of
Studio and Create operations explicit across reloads, failures, and fresh
machines.

Highlights:

• Studio no longer treats persisted repair history as proof that a provider
  process is still running.
• Interrupted Create sessions become truthful, removable stopped records.
• Creating the first project can safely establish
  ~/.workspai/workspaces/workspai even when no Workspai directories exist.
• The default managed workspace is runtime-neutral and does not install the
  optional Python engine.
• CLI discovery recognizes global npm and common Node version managers without
  contacting the registry during activation.
• Dependency remediation retains guarded, project-native resolution paths when
  no safe automatic fix exists.
