Causal Repair Queues and Real-World Doctor Hardening

Workspai 0.63.0 makes aggregate workspace incidents safer to repair and makes
Doctor more accurate on real polyglot repositories. Studio can present one
workspace card containing several findings, while the CLI keeps each mutation
transaction bounded to one causal finding family and one canonical project.

What's New:

• Sequential causal repair queues for aggregate workspace and project cards.
• Portable governed repair for registered linked projects through
  external/<project> references.
• Intent-aware Doctor checks for environment, test, entrypoint, migration, and
  health surfaces.
• Explicit composite-boundary diagnosis for repositories containing several
  nested runtimes without a root-owned lifecycle manifest.
• Runtime-native audit failures that distinguish unavailable tooling from clean
  security evidence.

Compatibility: Existing Studio handoff and repair contracts remain on their
version-one schema identifiers. New capability fields are additive; public
commands and existing persisted workspace artifacts remain supported.
