- 更新入口现在只会出现在侧边栏“设置”上方；侧边栏暂不可用时会隐藏等待，不再遮挡用量统计或窗口控件。
- 重新提供配套的 Desktop 安装包与永久证书签名 Android APK，手机端功能保持不变。

- Fix the Desktop update notice mounting in the macOS title bar while the sidebar rerenders.
- Keep the update entry above Sidebar Settings; when that surface is temporarily unavailable, the entry waits hidden instead of covering usage or window controls.
- Provide matching Desktop installers and a permanently signed Android APK; mobile behavior is unchanged.
