PDF tools (Termux Python, PyMuPDF with pypdf/pdftotext fallback)

• pdf_info, pdf_extract_text (page markers, chunking, save to Output/), pdf_extract_pages, pdf_merge, pdf_annotate
• No OCR yet: scanned PDFs return no text.

Install agree/deny gate

• Agent-initiated pip/apt installs via termux_run, termux_python, pdf_* and ebook_translate now ask you first (yes/no). "No" installs nothing.
• Settings → Tools add-ons are still one-tap installs.
