This is an independent, metadata-only, AI-generated proof of concept for
discovering public HM Land Registry material. It is not an HM Land Registry
service or endorsement.

Open the published bundle

The published v0.3.0 descriptor exposes 2,203 records, 14 dataset
groupings, 2,203 official-source resources and 22,267 reconciled
direct, reified and runtime semantic relationships.

    through the runtime manifest, route locator and relationship shard, without

approval-neutral internal metadata. It has not been renamed, rebuilt or

Semantic scope and limitations

The bundle publishes 22 governed predicate capabilities: 13 active-emitted and
nine authorised-zero-evidence. It includes the approved semantic and selective
CPSV-AP-aligned modelling position.

Official CPSV-AP SHACL validation and semantic inference were not run. Neither
general CPSV-AP conformance nor inferred knowledge is claimed.

Coverage is bounded to named, dated and reconciled source lanes; it is not a
complete or current inventory of all HM Land Registry public material. No
independent human domain, legal, licence, privacy, security or accessibility
audit or representative-user study has been completed. The bundle must not be
used as legal, ownership, priority or exact-boundary evidence.
