You now have an author level: every unlocked achievement grants points by tier (bronze 10 · silver 25 · gold 50 · legendary 100), climbing a 10-title ladder from Inkling to Living Legend
New Author Card on the Dashboard — your level ring, title, pen name, progress to the next title, trophy count, streak flame, and a showcase of badges
Pin your favorite badges: hover any unlocked badge in the trophy case and pin up to 3 to display on your Author Card
Click the level strip in the trophy case to expand the full level ladder — see every title, which ones you've passed, and exactly how many points to the next

The trophy case grew from 46 to 70 all-time achievements and from 18 to 25 per-project badges — all retroactive, as always
New calendar achievements mined from your writing history: New Year, New Words (write on Jan 1), No Days Off (Dec 25), Leap of Faith (Feb 29!), Perfect Month (every day of a month), All Seasons (all 12 months), Weekend Warrior
New craft & worldbuilding milestones: The Socialite (one character with 5 relationships), Faces to Names (5 portraits), Connected World (entity links), Darling Cemetery (50k words cut), The Archivist (100 snapshots), and many more
New project badges: Monumental Draft (100k), The Blueprint (every chapter has a synopsis), Many Voices (3 POVs), Four Pillars of Lore (all 4 codex types), The Chronicle (10-event timeline), Ruthless Editor, Inseparable

Achievement popups now stay until you dismiss them — no more missing an unlock because you were mid-sentence. Multiple unlocks queue up with a "· N more" counter
Shelf view polish: books now sit properly on the shelf, the plank got a lit top edge and rounded corners, and shelf headings are finally readable in the Midnight theme
