NetAudio 0.4.2 shows the routing matrix inside AI assistants, enrolls DDM devices from the CLI and fixes analog levels and stale reads.
New:
- MCP clients that display MCP Apps views, such as ChatGPT and Claude, can open the interactive routing matrix with
show_routing_matrix. netaudio ddm enroll DEVICE DOMAINandnetaudio ddm unenroll DEVICEenroll and unenroll Dante Domain Manager devices by name, keeping their configuration.- With
--verify, subscription changes re-read the receiver for up to five seconds, and a change the device accepted but could not report back prints UNCONFIRMED instead of FAILED. - When a scan without the daemon finds no devices, the CLI names the interfaces it searched and the others to choose with
--interface.
Fixes:
- Analog level changes on AVIO-DAI2 and AVIO-DAO2 adapters no longer fail with "lock state is unknown" when the daemon is not running.
channel gainreads the level from the device instead of the daemon's cache, and the daemon re-reads a device after the CLI changes it, so every client sees the change.- A DDM device re-enrolled while the daemon runs keeps its managed write permissions, and an unenrolled device no longer reports them.
- Channel inventory accepts pages whose table is larger than their filled rows, follows continuing pages that hold fewer rows than their capacity, and reports a device that advertises transmit channels but lists none as an error instead of an empty list.
