Add StatusCodeError type for upstream HTTP errors

  • sendRequest now returns &StatusCodeError{StatusCode: N} instead of generic fmt.Errorf
  • Auth error wrapping uses %w for proper error chain unwrapping
  • Added TestStatusCodeError to verify errors.As works correctly

This allows callers to propagate the actual upstream HTTP status code
(e.g. 461 for connection limit exceeded) instead of returning 500.
