SentryKey v1.2.1 — enable CI auto-publish to Play closed testing

No app changes vs v1.2.0. This release verifies the automated Play upload
pipeline (the new publish-play CI job) end-to-end. Same features: home-screen
widget, automatic cloud backup + watch sync, biometric login, zero-knowledge
account recovery, Wear OS app, and 100+ round Garmin watches.
