0.21.1 - Eight misbehavin'

redis-py==8.0.0 changed a default timeout that broke long-lived blocking connections (like pubsub and streams). With this release, that's fixed and we support (and have tests for) redis-py 5.x, 6.x, 7.x, and 8.x
