Developer Preview 4 refreshes the downloadable unsigned IPA with clearer first-run setup for LiveContainer users.

Changes:

  • Identifies HarkinianPad’s Files-visible location as its Documents folder.
  • Tells LiveContainer users to use Documents, not SystemData.
  • Keeps the standard On My iPhone/iPad setup path intact.

The IPA contains no Ocarina of Time ROM, generated oot.o2r, maintainer certificate, provisioning profile, or code signature. It includes the ROM-free soh.o2r archive, the project rights notice, and third-party licence notices.

Validation:

  • clean tagged iPhoneOS Release build with Xcode 26.6 and iOS SDK 26.5
  • repository safety and hosted clean-build checks passed
  • packaging and unsigned-signing gate passed
  • clean iPad Simulator first-run import, extraction, title-screen launch, and cold relaunch passed

Installation remains through AltStore Classic plus AltServer or another compatible personal-signing tool. This is not an App Store, TestFlight, or AltStore PAL release. Back up the HarkinianPad Files folder and update in place rather than deleting the existing app first.
